This pack has 21 Tone catches, with a few template presets for them, from a Mesa Boogie Lonestar head. There’s 4 Tone Catches of the clean channel, which make a great pedal platform, 2 Tone Catches of the drive channel, and 15 Tone Catches made with drive pedals into the Clean channel of the amp : Marshall Bluesbreaker, King Tone The Duellist, Rockfabrik Mind Abuse, Maxon Sonic Distortion, Vemuram Jan Ray, JHS @ Andy Timmons Signature Overdrive, Friedman BE-OD Deluxe, Proco Rat II, Wampler Tumnus Deluxe. All the Tone Catches were made using a Suhr IR loadbox and my custom IRs.
The template presets includes basic effects (compression, overdrive, EQ, delay, reverb, sometimes modulation), and are meant to be cutomized to your liking, as the main feature here are the Tone Catches. In all my packs, each Tone Catch is an amp setting at a sweet spot for a specific type of tone (clean, edge of breakup, crunch, mid gain, high gain, rhythm, lead).
As you know, the Hotone Ampero II stage can load only 10 Tone Catches at a time, but I made way more, to offer more choices. In total, I made over 220 Tone Catches, most from my tube amps, Synergy modules and amps borrowed with friends.
As the IRs are baked in the Tone catches, the presets that use them are for FRFR systems/studio monitors/straight to a mixing console.
