Each Amp Pack has 16 presets, using the same amp model for distortion tones. Those presets are built on the same template, with 3 snapshots (4 for the XL version) – only the user cab and the amp EQ changes from preset to preset, so you get 16 different tonal variations for rhythm, crunch and lead distorted tones. Also included are 16 custom cabs (or IRs), 16 of which are not used in my regular packs. As usual, those presets are for FRFR systems.
Those Amp Packs, released with firmware 3.80, are also available in a bundle, with the following amp models : EV Panama Blue, EV Panama Red, Das Benzin Mega, Line 6 Oblivion, Line 6 Kinetic, Brit 2203, German Xtra Blue, German Xtra Red. They are simplified versions of the Helix Amp Packs, whose presets have 8 snapshots. I never released my older Helix Amp Packs in HX Stomp format, but decided to do it for these new models, specially because they use different IRs than my other packs.
