Headrush – Pink Floyd presets pack

The Pink Floyd presets pack for Headrush, Gigboard and MX5 has 99 rigs (+25 setlists & 7 Impulses responses) that covers 28 songs : Another brick in the wall Pt 1 & 2, The happiest days of our lives, Breathe, Comfortably numb, Coming back to life (*), Dogs (*), Echoes (only the main parts, not the psychedelic ones), Goodbye blue sky, Have a cigar, Hey you, High hopes, In the flesh, Marooned, Money, Mother, On the turning away, Run like hell, Shine on you crazy diamond, The final cut, The great gig in the sky, Time, Us and them, Any color you like, Brain damage/Eclipse, Wish you were here, Young lust (with “Sorrow” intro).

(*) Coming back to life & Dogs were added with version for firmware 2.4 of this pack. Compared to the original version, the whole pack has been improved with warmer sounding distortion sounds (thanks to a brand new IR), better acoustic simulations etc.

The songs are those I play with my Pink Floyd cover band. Most of the time we cover the original studio versions, sometimes it’s the live versions. The presets are a mix of both, but are optimized for live use. For “Mother”, we play the Roger Waters “The Wall” live version  ; for “Any color you like”, the Dream Theater cover version (with a much more modern lead sound). “Money” is tweaked for the “Delicate sound of thunder” live version, “Comfortably numb” too.
