Hi,
Just a short question. I like your Helix presets so will there be an update or additional presets using the 3.0 firmware for the Helix or the Helix stomp?
Cheers Jürgen
Fremen
Hi ! Yes, there will.
arminio
Hi, would this Mega pack work with HX Stomp?
Fremen
Hello, no, but I also have HX Stomp presets.
Cheers

Hi Thibault, thanks for your great work. I just purchased the megapack….that will last for the next years (and corona-shutdowns :-(). I am missing some Pink Floyd Presets. The folder contains 22 presets. In your list there are two folders (PF rhythm guitar and PF main guitar) with 20 and 21 presets. Where did you put these presets? Especially the main guitar for high hopes? Thanks W.
Fremen
Hello, check all the sub-folders ! The main pink Floyd presets are in asub folder of the “01 Presets – Firmware 2.82” folder
best regards
Andy Hall
Hi, is the Mega Pack compatible straight out the box with Helix Firmware 2.92 ?
Are the patches good for direct to p.a. ?
Ready to buy if all good.
Fremen
Hi, glad you asked there ! I received your mail but got a “failure notice” message from mailer-daemon@yahoo.com after sending you an answer, and couldn’t find a “Andrew hall” among my customers. So : yes, it’s fully compatible !
Andy Hall
Okay thanks for that info, I will have to look at my email account. I signed up and am logged in. I downloaded the free Marshall preset to try. I’ll order later on today, thanks

Purchased you Classic Rock and Hard Rock Pack and absolutely love it. Leaning towards purchasing Mega Pack in near future. Will I be overlapping presets and IR in the Classic Rock Pack? I notice a lot of different versions of the same amp (example: Rev 1, Rev 2, Rev 3 ect… ) what are these intended for? Lastly, what is the best way to adjust overall volumes with effecting the tone? I really need to boost some of the clean tones…
Fremen
Hello ! 1) no there are no overlapping, the same set of IRs are used for all my packs, simply there are IRs that are not used in some of the packs. 2) Different presets with the same amp model = different sounds, for more tonal variations. 3) Boost the level in the IR block, usually for cleans it’s at -18 to -14 or even -12, you can put them even higher. It depends a lot on the guitar used.

THANK YOU AWESOME STUFF

Hi, I bought the Helix Big Pack and absolutely love it. I found it a doddle to install and now eyeing up your other offerings / checking out the comments and notice a trend of confusion. May I make a couple of suggestions to ,ale the shopping experience easier…(1) include update date underneath published date with each pack (as I and many others will now be a 2.82 user) and (2) make a simple flow chart (simple decision tree line drawing) or something to show the relationships between all the packs ps and pack bundles. For example, now that I have the Big Pack I can buy the add on or Mega Pack if I wish….
Fremen
Thanks for your comments ! I’m obviously much better at making presets than at website designs…

Hi. Are these all just various amp sounds, or are any of the presets tied to the sound of a specific guitarist (Lynch, Collen, Van Halen, etc.) where you incorporate the FX they use to get to their sound? It didn’t look like many of the preset name were tied to a song or guitarist. If not, I would need to use these presets as a starting point and add the FX to get a particular guitarist’s tone?
Thanks!
Fremen
Hello, most of the sounds are varied amp sounds, and not tied to a specific guitarist. There are a few exceptions though
Christophe
Bonjour,
Christophe
Cool. Merci pour votre réponse rapide. Ma commande va suivre…
Cordialement.

Hi Fremen 🙂
Can I use the presets direct to the PA SYSTEM, without any cab and have the same sound quality?
Fremen
Absolutely, they’re made for this !

Good morning
I’m using version 2.81.
I would be willing to buy the mega pack and would like to know how it could work with this version.
Should I wait for a mega pack Suitable for 2.81?
Fremen
Hello, no need to wait, the currentMegapack is compatible with 2.81 firmware. Please note that the 2.30/2.50 pack is not included in the Megapack, and my next pack, focusing on 2.81, won’t be included either. I hope to release it in a month
Jean Merlen
How about with HX Edit and the 2.8x updates?
Fremen
I’m working on a new pack with the amp/drives etc added in 2.81 firmware
Jean Merlen
Ok, nice… Btw, I just purchased the mega pack, but already updated my hx floor, is there any option without going backwards?
Fremen
Français comme moi, je crois ? 😉
Fremen
Yes there is and you can get it just by going to purchase history to get the updated file
ariezor
I’ve bought this pack on 16/02/2018
Is any update on this pack? If there is, can I get the updates or not?
Fremen
Yes there is and you can get it just by going to purchase history to get the updated file
Rick Matson
Hi Fremen, Thanks for posting the presets list for all your packs. I bought your Big Pack
a couple weeks ago, great job on your work. Its a solid foundation that I will tweak to
my taste and setup. Just a suggestion, you should post the list for easy access on your
site.
gianvito.lorusso
Hello
I’m about to purchase the big or mega pack.
Are there many more IR’s in the maga pack rather than the big pack, or the IR’s set is the same?
Thanks
Fremen
Hello ! there’s more IRs in the Megapack. I don’t know how many, can’t check right now but it may be 15 more
Damien ANDRE

Fremen
Currently not at home, will answer tomorrow !
Tgbreedlove

Tgbreedlove

That’s what I would like to do
What’s on there is not good to my ears.
If not how would I do that?
I have the lt. So just makin sure the big pack will load correctly
Do I have to be logged in to the line 6 account
I’m

– The LT have 5 setlists (5 x 128 presets) + 2 stock setlists so you have plenty of space, you won’t overwrite anything to install my presets. But if you take the Megapack you’ll need at least 2 setlists.
– you don’t need to be logged to Line 6 to install presets.
– If you have Team Viewer, I can even help you for the installation, and do it for you.
– I’m not used to EMG pickups, can’t comment on that
– Yes, XLR should help with the hum
– Megapack is the best deal, although Big Pack is a great deal too. My prices are very competitive
Tgbreedlove
I didn’t go with the ax8
I went with the helix lt
I just listened to your 2.1 on you tube and was blown away.
I can’t find it listed on your packs.
How do I get it and how easy is it to set up
Fremen
If by “2.1” you mean presets for firmware 2.1, then it’s the Big Pack
